This program combines self-paced online learning with flexible lab hours.
CNC Operators use their keen eye for detail and their mechanical aptitude to
create a product that meets customer specifications. From stocking
materials to running parts, CNC operators perform an essential role in
advanced manufacturing. Participants who complete this program will have
the job skills needed to operate a CNC mill and lathe.
This training enhances your knowledge of dimensional measurement, print
reading, and basic material properties. CNC operators are in high demand in
advanced manufacturing jobs across the state. Starting salary range $35,000
to $40,000.

Features
Both programs are hybrid training utilizing Amatrol’s LMS for the online portion and completing hands on activities in our campus labs. CNC will be self-paced, allowing the student to come in during open lab hours to complete their hands-on training with the support of the instructor. Robotics is a six to seven week program, with class two days per week.

ADMISSION
Eligible participants WILL NOT have any out of pocket expenses for the training program. Tuition and fees for this program are paid for through a Department of Defense grant.
